Terms & Conditions for Prepared One-Pager Website Package
What You’re Buying
This purchase includes access to one pre-designed WordPress Elementor layout, along with the customisation of content provided by you via the form we supply. You are not purchasing a custom website build unless otherwise stated.
What’s Required from You
You must provide all required content (text, images, colors, etc.) using the provided form within 14 days of purchase. If you do not provide content in time, your project may be delayed or cancelled without a refund. You must provide access to a clean WordPress installation on your domain.
Delivery Timeline
Once your completed form is submitted and access to your site is granted, delivery will be within 5–7 business days. Delays due to missing content or issues with login access are not our responsibility.
Your Website Platform
This package is for WordPress websites only. Elementor Pro is required and will be installed, but updates will not be provided. You may purchase a once-off Elementor Pro download from www.worldpressit.com to download updates and install manually on your website.
Admin Access
You must add us as an administrator to your WordPress site for us to install and set up your layout. We do not take responsibility for issues caused by third-party plugins or themes already installed on your site.
Refund Policy
Due to the digital and personalised nature of this product, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once the layout files have been delivered or work has begun.
Usage Rights
You are free to use the final website layout for your own business. However, resale, redistribution, or copying of our original layout designs is strictly prohibited.
Support
This package includes layout installation and basic content placement. Any ongoing website maintenance or edits after delivery are not included.
